The pub has been wonderfully refurbished incorporating traditional pub hospitality with contemporary designs, featuring deep leather seating, a log burning hearth, and a light, spacious restaurant. The atmosphere is friendly and informal, with a wonderful new menu. Set in the heart of the Mendip Hills, at the foot of Cheddar Gorge, our team of chefs have created a menu using the best local produce available, with lots of comfort appeal. Fresh fish, great steaks, seasonal vegetables with plenty of lighter options including freshly prepared salads and pasta alongside olives, dipping bread and Greek Meze.
