I would absolutely recommend Ken Ma to anybody around the Garstang area, Preston or even further. They have decent parking facilities just outside and view from the restaurant looks over the River Wyre and the beautiful countryside. The interior is very comfortable and appealing with a good sized bar. The service is good and the staff are very friendly. I would definitely suggest booking a table as they are often very busy; especially around holiday periods.
